Easy Homemade Protein Bars - No Bake Recipe Only 4 Ingredients
Recipe:
- 10 Scoops of whey protein
(chocolate flavor works best)
- 10 Scoops of Oats
- 2 Tbs Honey
- 150 ml Milk
- 50g Raisins (optional)
- Creatine (optional)
1. Mix all ingredients in a big bowl until the mixture starts to look like a dough.
2. Spread it on a flat surface
3. Cut it equally like bricks
4. Pack it in plastic box
5. Leave it in the refrigerator
