DSP is integer based keeping in view the limitations of Arduino/ AVR micro-controller. Adaptive thresholding is used with initial High Pass Filtering (FIR) to remove bias followed by taking the envelope of the signal and Low Pass Filtering(FIR) to take out the peaks of interest while suppressing noise/ unwanted peaks.
