Get a behinds the scenes peak in my east coast kitchen as I brew my first batch of Jun Tea. It was a fairly simple process and took only about 2 weeks from the time I placed "Jun" into the sweet tea to the time my family and I enjoyed our first taste of flavored Jun Tea. I even got a new baby SCOBY (which, by the way, is not very common on a first brew).
I had great success using a fresh SCOBY packed in rich starter tea from Kombucha Kamp:
