This is an easily home-made TIG welder pulsing add-on that can be built with little experience and very few parts. It is a video reply to a question posted by This Old Tony several years ago.
I came up with a parts list costing less than $10 shipped and the device can be assembled with only basic electronics experience. You could install it inside an existing TIG pedal or add it in-line as I did. It uses only two main active components, an Arduino Nano microcontroller and an analog multiplexer.
I was able to breadboard the circuit, prototype it to perf board and test a weld in a single evening.
