At its April 27th (2017) regular monthly meeting, the Brownlee Woods Neighborhood Association (BWNA) examined the opioid addiction crisis afflicting the Mahoning Valley (Ohio).
The BWNA assembled a panel of experts for the meeting, that included Youngstown City Police Chief Robin Lees, Mahoning County Sheriff Jerry Greene, the Honorable John M. Durkin of Mahoning County Common Pleas Court who oversees the drug docket, CEO Larry Moliterno of Meridian Healthcare, and Drug Court Coordinator Amy Klumpp of the Mahoning County Mental Health & Recovery Board.
