Quick and easy way to clean a commercial restaurant griddle.
Instructions:
1. turn off griddle and wait about 5mins.
2. start applying Member's Mark Commercial Oven, Grill and Fryer Cleaner. Wait about 2mins. and add water and start cleaning.
3. Finish by adding the Real lemon juice and finish your cleaning.
