This is the second piece of gear I have received from CamGear, and I gotta say I'm loving it! I have never owned an arm vest, and honestly didn't know what I was missing out on! I can easily fly my stabilizer for several hours without my arms getting tired - something that has always been an issue with my heavy camera/lens combination and a handheld stabilizer.
Let's start with the build quality... I have nothing negative to say about this arm vest in terms of quality. Everything is well built, sturdy and durable. The vest is padded and is very comfortable on the body. It has several adjustment points, including a height adjustment, that make it pretty universal fit (I am 6'2", 285lbs and it even fits me). The arm tension is adjustable to match the weight of your stabilizer/camera combo and the arm has quite a large degree of motion.
Whoever originally invented the arm & vest concept is a genius.
