Got some new rep max PRs this second cycle of Candito's 6 Week Strength Program and decided to pull a conservative sumo deadlift PR just to see where my back is at. Definitely had more in the tank.
Looking to run a third cycle after a deload week and try to get my numbers back to where they were by hitting some new 1RMs. Stay tuned!
