Rewriting history.
Note that this (american) PBS documentary is omits the powerfull images/video of students erecting a large "Statue of Liberty" replica as an outcry for help to America and other "free" nations. Of course the Reagan/Bush admin. was not going to help because they politically, economically and socially(cfr. one-child policy & Bush sr.) supported the communist regime in China.
