Mel Edgar and I spoke with Shelly Roche about what's happening with cats in Langley. The Langley Animal Protection Society urge people to be mindful and responsible for their pets, there are thousands of strays and feral cats and more than once a box or bin's showed up with numerous abandoned cats. Mel and I pursued this as part of a Langara Journalism assignment.
