This is a Tutorial on how to adjust the settings on a Verizon branded smartphone, to work on a T-Mobile Network, with a T-Mobile SIM card at LTE / 4G speeds. Remember Verizon's SIM slot is UNLOCKED, so I'll show you the correct settings under Mobile Networks for Network mode and Access Point names APN, MMSC, APN Type etc).
This will allow you to buy a cheaper second hand Verizon phone and add it to your T-Mobile plan. It's also safer that way, because if you buy a T-Mobile device , there is the risk of the seller reporting it lost or stolen, not paying his bill etc, and thus rendering it unusable.
We are showing it on a Samsung Galaxy S6, but the process is similar to all smartphones.
