I am channel surfing on Sunday, November 11, 2014. I am using a Hauppauge HD PVR 1212. I have an Arris/Motorola cable box from Time Warner Cable. I am using Component cables at 720p. Sorry for the video at times cutting off, that is the resolution changing from 720 to 480. It seems that the Hauppauge cannot get back the signal quickly like the TV can.
