Flyable days for real byrds are rare right now, but I couldn't resist giving my Kea frame from Kareareadrone in New Zealand her maiden despite the freezing air. The only complaints I heard from her were about the lipos, who didn't seem too willing.
Just range testing and getting used to the whole flight feeling, really. PIDs untuned (..indeed, fc freaks out under 6s/heavy load, *oups! - forgot about the pids on 6s, so flying style is adapted to that circumstance..).Despite all that, sooo little propwash and if only the music from Odesza feat. Leon Bridges (..just trying not to step on anyone's feet here, I just dig the music, and to tell the truth it's a big part of my inspiration..) wasn't so good,
I could've left the *clean* propsound on.. ;oP
