When I making this recipe I was still into using quite a bit of olive oil and was not fully Vegan or as far as I am now on my whole food plant based diet journey. ngredients:
1/2 teaspoon of pepper
1/2 teaspoon of red pepper flakes
2 tomatoes diced = about 1 cup
1/4 cup of fresh Cilantro
1/2 lime
1/2 cup diced red onion
1 cup of diced cucumber
2 16 ounce cans of chickpeas
salt to taste
