Chinese state-run CCTV English reports on the successful launch of India's multi-wavelength space observatory ASTROSAT aboard PSLV on September 28th, 2015 from Satish Dhawan Space Center at Sriharikota, Andhra Pradesh. This is a first for ISRO and India. China is yet to launch a space telescope.
