I've watched lots of YouTube videos about chopped cheese from The Bronx in hopes of gaining some understanding, without having ever had the real thing. I don't know when I will visit NYC next, so I decided to make my own chopped cheese. Respect to all those in The Bronx and Harlem who cook, serve, and/or eat chopped cheese. Thanks for watching.
