This isn't flawless completion of the whole arena. However, the blue ribbons add up so you don't have to take all in one run, you can leave the hardest ones for another try. In the end it counts as 15.
Wave #1 -- 00:00
Wave #2 -- 01:00 Note: Take out the Fireman first and make sure you have salts to keep the patriot possessed.
Wave #3 -- 03:45
Wave #4 -- 05:55 Note: I find that Crows Vigor is the best for this one as if an enemy dies from the trap, a new trap will be automatically created on their body (requires an upgrade).
Wave #5 -- 08:52
Wave #6 -- 09:55
Wave #7 -- 11:40
Wave #8 -- 13:10 Note: You can damage enemies but make sure you don't kill them like me.
Wave #9 -- 17:27 Note: Be careful with weapons and Vigors which do splash damage.
Wave #10 -- 21:40
Wave #11 -- 23:40
Wave #12 -- 26:00 Note: Sometimes enemies tend to be suicidal and jump off when the wave starts. Use traps which keep them busy (Crows and Shock Jockey).
Wave #13* -- 28:05
Wave #14 -- 29:00
Wave #15 -- 31:55 Note: Make sure you take out everyone outside the engine room. Once you destroy the engine, just jump off the zeppelin and the wave will end. You don't have to kill everyone inside the engine room.

Note: All my weapons and Vigors have been fully upgraded. This can be done easily if you play through all the arenas (especially the fourth) and only bother with the ribbons you think you can get.
