This is a demonstration of how the LEDstrip feature can be made to good use on a 250 size mini quadcopter. I demonstrate how several functions can be configured to be used for various LEDs. I actually use this feature to spare an OSD and still have a visual indication of low battery warning when flying FPV.
I use the following configuration for the LEDs in cleanflight:
