Jan 30, 2016 footage. You'll love this one. Not only do I catch clouds on camera going the wrong direction, I caught three different sets at different times! They're clearly moving upwind. In one of them, clouds are moving in three directions at once!

Not only that, but it's another instance of the pre-sunrise light that people have been reporting and recording from around the world. Is this a HAARP related phenomenon? I draw no conclusions.
