Specially in Bangladeshi People like this type sweets , they called “Coconut Laskara”. specially in winter people make it. I am also make it in this video but in a different way .
Ingredients:
For filling:
Ghee 2 table spoon
Jaggery ¾ cup
Coconuts 1.5 cup
Little cardamom and cinnamon powder
For Better:
Flour ½ cup
Rice powder ½ cup
Salt
Water 1 cup
Frying oil for fry
