After the bulls eye appears head back down to the bull. While Avoiding the bull run over to the target and make him hit it. Repeat the process again but with the wall and then jump on him when he's stuck. Hit B and you'll hit the cow. When it goes over the grating aim at it and hit B to hit it. Repeat the process with the other 2 cows. When the Bull falls through the hole leave the area.
Sewage Sucks:
Swim over to the B pad and (you guessed it) press B. Conker Will take a Confidence pill, thus allowing him to now lose the floaties and swim underwater. Now simply swim back the way you came in the first time ( dont forget to pick up Fajo) and leave the area.
