Low is 8 lumens and high is 130. It uses a CREE XP-G2 LED with a cool white beam. The supplied battery is an equally tiny 10180 lithium-ion rechargeable. The battery recharges in 1 hour, and does so by connecting a micro USB plug to the head of the light!
