That circulating picture is a fake. Meanwhile, here are my thoughts on him in the game and a possible moveset.
Unfortunately, Activision own the rights to Crash (technically always have, since Universal Interative owned the rights), but what Sony owned in the early Crash days remains to be seen. Thus, his inclusion in All-Stars Battle Royale is very much up in the air, at the moment. He is the most requested character, for sure, topping a lot of most wanted lists and as such his inclusion would be most welcome. Spyro's rights are also in a similar boat.
