This is the third and final Part of the RC Review for my favorite multihull sailboat from Thunder Tiger: The Volans 1M Trimaran.

During the filming for the first sailing run of the Volans we had strong wind gust so sailing a multihull with this wind conditions is a very tricky thing.

Three separate hulls make the Volans Trimaran a quick and agile yacht that is virtually immune to lateral roll. Multiple hulls reduce resistance and the yacht's wider stance increases the sail area the vessel can carry making it very, very fast. In straight line races, the Volans Trimaran blows monohulls out of the water.
