OK, if you're looking for stunning closeups of rocket hardware, this isn't the right video. This is what the launch of the Atlas V rocket from Kennedy Space Center carrying Orbital ATK's Cygnus capsule to the International Space Station looks like from the nearest public viewing site: Playalinda Beach at the Cape Canaveral National Seashore. And unlike a lot of other folks who claim their video is 4k, I will confess most of this was shot in 2k and up-rezzed. There is one launch sequence that is native 4k. But I don't think it looks half bad in 4k, even though most of it is freaking 2k. Yeah I goofed. Set the camera wrong. Shot with a Lumix Lx-100 in 2k, and an LG G4 cell phone in 4k.
