HNTB served as preliminary designer on the Texas Department of Transportation's "Horseshoe" project in Dallas for subsequent delivery as a design-build project. The $818 million project involves improvements to Interstates 30 and 35E in the Dallas area and construction of nine bridges over the Trinity River and Dallas Floodway.
