1:01 - New DLC Rings - A poison bite ring +3 was added, Also Yourgh's Ring is not a defective item. It works just fine. Once a spell is shot at you there is a 50% chance it will deflect straight off.
2:00 - New DLC Consumables - More balms were added: One for dex, strength, int and faith.
3:06 - New DLC Armor
4:03 - New DLC Weapons (I forgot a couple moves)
-Strong attack on crossbow shoots multiple dark orbs
-Parry attack with the wrathful axe does a dark AOE
6:40 - New DLC Magic

So the latest patch for Darksouls 2 which was released on July 18th actually includes the script and files to the new DLC which is launching on July 22. Here I have a video showcasing all of the weapons, items and spells which are going to be included in the new DLC.
