This is probably the fastest way to level up quickly in dark souls without pvping or using a cheat/glitch. Beat the game once then in new game+ go into dark root forest and get the seal of artorias. Enter the sealed area, make sure to equip the covetous silver serpent ring and the seal of avarice to stack and gain more exp. If done right you should get about 8640 souls per npc enemy you kill, except of the axe guy. He will give around 4000. This should add up to about 30,000 souls with one run. Do the math 4 runs will net you about 120,000 souls. Not bad for less than 10 minutes.
