Walking alone in the Meseta the 17 dreaded kilometers with no source of water or food in scorching heat of three digit temperatures was a refreshing experience to Eva. Large fields of dried sunflowers, with theirs heads bending down as if a huge crowds of repenting souls called for prayers for our faithful departed. Total of 27 kilometers.
