This is the Honor Deity Challenge posted on Civfanatics here: http://forums.civfanatics.com/showthread.php?t=513182 . Tradition and Liberty are disallowed, Honor must be finished before other policies are taken.
I had to re-record a turn at a couple instances because of hardware problems(which I've sinced fixed) so hopefully that didn't cause problems.
