Disassembly of a Dell Venue Pro for the purpose of changing the Glass Digitizer - Touch Panel - Screen or whatever else you want to call it.

The replacement digitzer was purchased from Ebay. It direct shipped from China and took almost 2 weeks to arrive.
Update: Looks like there are some aditional options for screens now. The one I purchased had the frame. If you get the one without the frame you may have additional work to perform (I assume the following) such as removing the broken glass from frame.
