This is a tutorial of how to do the bridge part SOLO in the Crota's End Raid. I'll upload soon a tutorial of how to do the first part SOLO with all three classes. Here are some additional notes about this video:
1) This can be done with all three classes (Warlock, Hunter and Titan). The Titan is the easiest because is the one with the higher jump. If you are going to do this with the Hunter I recommend you to use the doube jump of the gunslinger.
2) Be careful with the jump because is not that easy. You can't jump directly from the platform to the rock. You need to jump straight and when you pass the halfway of the bridge, turn to the left and keep flying. If you turn before the halfway the game is going to kill you. That's the way the patch works.
3) If you have 2 more people is even easier. Just activate de bridge, make the enemies dissapear and form the bridge (1 person on the middle, one in the right side and one in the left side). When the bridge is fully formed, the player of the middle gets the sword and cross the bridge. After that the other 2 players can help to kill everybody from the other side. Eventually the ogres will come out and you will be able to kill them. They made a mistake in the update when they said that all the players must cross the bridge. Only one player must cross the bridge and the game won't kill you.
