Testing my "DIY" Diatone GT M515 with the Firefly Micro cam mounted straight to the frame.
This is a rocket!
I just love these new super lightweight 5 inch frames, and this frame is perfect for those who want to build a long range machine,
with extremely long flight time! (15-20 minutes with the right battery)
In the absence of fc and esc, I slaughtered my
LDARC / King Kong 200GT for parts and assembled them on the GT M515 frame.
I'm super pleased with the frame, it's incredibly rigid (zero flex) with plenty of space, and with its flat design on the cage, perfect for mounting the Hawkeye Firefly Micro Cam.
I have used the Runcam TX200U on a couple of models now and just have to say that it's an excellent vtx! With crystal clear picture and high output power (328mV on raceband 1) and S audio, this is my favorite vtx for small models.
This is the first time I tested the Gemfan Flash 5152 2-blade, and I was amazed at how good they are! Lots of punch all the way up to top speed, and the engines do not get hot, even under heavy load! Perfect propellers for these engines on this frame
