THUMBS UP FOR WALDEN FARMS!
All the time you see the big fitness youtubers having relatively massive meals while cutting (David Laid, Christian Guzman, Bradley Martyn). Why? Partially because they are larger individuals, but a lot of it is because they naturally are predisposed to store less fat and have a higher metabolism. For normal average people like me, we can't do this and this is a more REALISTIC diet. Keep in mind I do resistance training with weights in the 6-8 and 10-12 rep range EVERY WEEK DAY and do LISS cardio 30 minutes EVERY DAY. This is the only way I can lose weight at an appreciable rate.
