You won’t believe this one amazing feature of the dji Mavic Pro. Stay tuned that's coming up. It is the Return To Home (RTH) feature. There are ‘3’ separate RTH functions; they are the Battery Low RTH, FailSafe RTH and Smart RTH. Today we will just focus on the Smart RTH function. With the onboard sensors and the GPS System the drone will map the exact location that it took off from at the time of takeoff and return to that same location when commanded to do so. We will fly the Mavic out to about 700 feet and at an altitude of about 400 feet. On the controller, there is a Return to Home (RTH) button that I will push and we will see if the Mavic will return to its original take-off position. Let’s see just how close it will come to its original take-off point. This has got to be the easiest drone in the world to fly. Just to let you know we are not changing the make-up of our channel one bit. This will still be a channel about Sha and my adventures in the Philippines, but we will be incorporating the drone into our vlogs when I get back there. I will throw a few videos up demonstrating the drone as I learn more and more about it.
