The country star's old house is on the market for for $1.2 million.
The four-bedroom, three-bathroom house was originally built in 1941 and is situated on 2.4 beautiful acres of land. In 1996, the current owners, James and Oveta Pyburn, bought the property at 3146 Glencliff Road from Dolly Parton and Carl Dean, who had owned it since 1980—but they had no idea about the house's claim to fame when they first fell in love with it.
For an extra $5,000, the couple purchased it fully furnished from the star, though they've since switched out the decor and added a 1,500-square-foot "building out back", which they use for karaoke parties (Dolly Parton's "Jolene" is naturally one of Oveta's go-to songs).
