Thank you Samsung for making this lovely POS stove, for not accepting responsibly for its defectiveness, for no longer accepting my service call requests and for colluding with John, the Alberta Appliance Service Technician/Owner, in concocting a conclusion that my Defective Stove is working as it should be.
2. Thank you John, the technician/owner from Alberta Appliance Service, for identifying and duplicating my stoves heating failures, for trying to resolve my stoves heating failures by replacing the two computer boards and when those two probable solutions failed, for collaborating with Samsung to concoct a conclusion that my stove is in normal working order when you know it is not.
