Advancements in technology and excessive use run the risk of us becoming psychologically overwhelmed and exhausted with endless streams of data in our line of eyesight. We lose touch with reality. Google Glass has implications for social interaction giving rise to relationship anxiety, paranoia, relationship discord and feelings of loneliness and isolation. Google Glass has benefits but we need to enjoy them and not overload ourselves and increase stress by excessive use.
