Did you know you can become a certified drone pilot at 16 years old? We’re preparing our IT girls to become future aviation experts and drone pilots by taking flight during our ‘IT Girl’ Summer Series. We’re happy to welcome back @blackgirldroneworld @dronestakingflight for another year of Drones Taking Flight workshops for our students. Over the last few weeks our students have been introduced to the world of aerodynamics, avionics, and aviation with drones. All while learning coding concepts, drone careers, and safety protocols to take flight. Wow! Thank you Black Girl Drone World for another great summer!
