To avoid a Dynam Hurricane Maiden Fail, always remember to secure your tail.
Apparently I failed to do this leaving the rear tail screw insufficiently embedded in the receiver allowing the tail assembly to rotate and break loose inflight. This does not facilitate controlled conditions as you will see.
