This was my final tuning session, and I stumbled upon the fix for the lines in the FPV video while I was at it. Turns out it's not dirty power, it's vibration. The screw mounting the VTx to the frame was loose and the VTx was rattling around during flight. The video had been getting progressively worse since my first video, but once I tightened up the screws (the Antenna was a little loose as well) viola! The lines disappeared and the video was perfect.
You can still see a hint of lines in the video but I think that's just DVR noise. It was crystal clear in the goggles.
