Pesto Recipe Ingredients
1. 2 1/2 Cups of Fresh Basil
2. 1 Cup of Parmesan
3. 1/4 Cup of Pine Nuts
4. 2-3 Cloves of Garlic
5. 1 Lemon
6. Lemon Zest (skin of lemon)
7. 3.4 Cup Olive Oil
8. Dash of Cayenne
9. Salt and Pepper to Taste
Mix all ingredients in the processor except the olive oil. Then add the olive oil gradually. Save a little bit of parmesan cheese to mix together at the end into your Pesto.
