These are really easy to make because all you have to do is cover them with marinade and leave them. Great anytime but especially for barbecue season.
Ingredients ( Serve 1-2)
4 Lamb Cutlets
3 Cloves of Garlic
Small Piece of Ginger
1 Tsp Garam Masala
1 Tsp Cumin Seeds
0.5 Tsp Coriander Seeds
0.5 Tsp Paprika Powder
1 Tsp Kashmiri Chilli Powder
1/4 Tsp Fennel seeds
4 Tbsp Greek Strained Yogurt
