As per the title ive seen 4 of these boards fail to upload the new firmware from new.
The way to fix this is to unplug the board before clicking upgrade and erase.
You will be prompted with a time out box counting down from 20. Connect the cable and the board should then aknowledge and upload the new firmware.
Ive done this to 2 boards now and both have been successfuly upgraded.
