After a week of my crash, I managed to fix my plane. The crash messed up the original motor and it was almost impossible to find a new one. I read a review on the original motor in which the reviewer stated that he replaced the original motor with the Parkzone 15BL Outrunner 950kv (PKZ5116). I followed his advise and did the same mod. This new motor is as big and heavy as the original one, so your plane's CG wont be affected at all. The only difference is that this new motor really gives the plane the necessary muscle to climb vertically and also give it a lot of speed. I highly recommend this upgrade to all the Eflite Apprentice 15e or S airplane owners. Another positive side for this upgrade is the fact that this motor is easier to find than the original one.
