1:17:45 I'd like to see the reduction of redundant processes in Captivate. I know it's hard to take things away but I think having two or more ways of doing something in Captivate creates a false sense of complexity. Just my two cents.

Sneak Peek #1 - Speech Recognition
When I saw this, I instantly thought about persons with disabilities. Imagine an employee who has a physical disability and finds it difficult to use a keyboard or mouse. Speech recognition evens the playing field for such an employee.

Sneak Peek #2 - 3D Objects and Backgrounds
I worked for an employer whose equipment was dangerous just to be around. If not operated correctly lives could be lost. The possibility of creating simulations that in real life would be too expensive or risky to perform in a training situation is a genuine learning problem. A 3D simulation isn't for every eLearning course, but just ask an airline if they want to put an untested pilot behind the controls of a $150 million aircraft.

Sneak Peek #3: Social Learning
The third sneak was perhaps more a feature of a future LMS. It reminds me of the advantages of instructor-led training. I recall teaching such classes in my past career and knowing full well that the students gained as much knowledge from each other than they did me. After all, I was just a facilitator, whereas a class of 20 employees had 20 times the experience than I had.
