I finally got rid of that dodgy patch antenna which came with the Aomways and swapped it with a new Emax Pagoda-2 antenna, same for the TX counterpart on the miniquad. Well, the FPV feed is now crystal clear with almost no dropouts or glitches!
Both antennas are 80mm long, RHCP. Such length is a bit on the long side for the miniquad, I'd better go for the stubby version (50mm), but fits perfectly on the goggles. I bought mine on Gearbest: https://www.gearbest.com/antenna/pp_627566.html
