Some important points on this match-up:
-Work on spacing and retreating B-airs to wall out Luigi
-D-air isn't safe on shield, so it's better to retreat with a float or double-jump and punish Luigi's OOS option than follow-up with more pressure
-Double-Jump JCFF is a very good way to weave through fireballs and approach Luigi
-A lot of moves are safer on shield due to Luigi's low traction (he is often pushed away from Peach if he doesn't power-shield)
-Be prepared to Edge-guard Luigi (punish his side-B with float N-air/F-air and up-B with D-air or U-smash if he travels above the ledge
