The most extreme kiteboarding event came together when Red Bull and Ruben Lenten organised Boven NAP. An event aimed at the wow-factor of the sport, extreme kiteboarding. A sick format based on the highest jump and most radical megaloop really pushed the Dutch kiteboarding scene to the next level. The amazing strong winds enabled jaw-dropping performances by the young talents. The two winners, Steven Akkersdijk en Kevin de Smidt won tickets to the Mystic House in Cape Town, South Africa. Ruben had a blast hosting, judging and doing a demo at this event and is looking forward to competing at extreme events in the future.
