Per some discussion on the Twisty Puzzles Forum about possible ways to seal Shapeways 3D printed parts with cyanoacrylate I decided to run an experiment with acetone to dilute and spread around the sealant. It seems to work but it isn't yet known if parts that have been sealed still function properly within their designed mechanical tolerances.
